About HypnoBirthing

What is HypnoBirthing®?

Around for more than 30 years, HypnoBirthing is a tried and proven method that guides you how to give birth in a peaceful and extraordinarily beautiful manner. It is a program that considers your psychological and physical well-being as well as that of your Birth Companion and your newborn. If you are birthing at home, in a hospital or at a birth center, HypnoBirthing teaches you specialized HypnoBirthing Breathing Techniques, relaxation, visualization, meditation, nutrition and body toning that will lead you to the safe, gentle birth that you desire.

We know you have many choices and many decisions to make for your birthing experience. You have choices in selecting your care provider… and in selecting the environment in which you will bring your baby into the world. Another important choice is the childbirth education classes that you will use to make ready for the birth of your baby. We realize you will be happy with your choice of HypnoBirthing.
Semi-private classes are always forming. All classes are for the Mom-to-be and her birth companion (spouse, partner, and friend, relative). If your birthing time is soon, we can make special arrangements for you as well.
